Phree Skin is a modern skincare brand focused on clean formulations, minimalist aesthetics, and carefully selected active ingredients.

For this project, Chimatech acted as the manufacturing and packaging partner, working with a formula developed by the client’s external formulator.

Our scope included:

Manufacturing of a small initial batch (30 ml face serum)

Filling into airless bottles

Quality control in accordance with ISO 22716 (GMP)

The project started with a limited production quantity, allowing the new brand to test the market with optimized risk and controlled costs — a model we often recommend for emerging companies.
