Chimatech Cosmetics offers custom cosmetic formulation (R&D) followed by full-scale manufacturing for brands that are still developing their product concept. We create formulas tailored to your brand vision, target consumer, texture preferences, fragrance direction, and active ingredient requirements — and then manufacture the finished product under your brand in our certified facility.

This is our most comprehensive service. Custom formulation projects require a meaningful time investment — typically several months from initial brief to a validated, production-ready formula, after which the manufacturing phase begins. We are transparent about this from the start: if speed to market is your primary priority, we recommend starting from our library of proven base formulas, which can be adapted to your brand (fragrance, actives, skin feel, color) in significantly less time.

We develop formulas for shampoos, conditioners, scalp treatments, creams, serums, lotions, gels, cleansers, micellar water, toners, masks, and other liquid or semi-solid formats. All formulas are developed to meet EU cosmetic regulations and can be adapted for export markets. The transition from R&D to manufacturing happens within the same facility, with full continuity of quality and documentation.
